How to Return or Exchange? There is no need to telephone us when sending us a return Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund. We stongly recommend that you send the returns by recorded post as any goods that are lost in transit cannot be refunded by Muse Womenswear. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to Muse Womenswear at your own expense. We will write to confirm that your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit or cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 - 10 days after we receive the goods. Please not that refunds on items bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the payer knowing. Legal Statements on returns Returning any item from this catalogue within 2 weeks will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are provided to on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the three month post delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods, Muse Womenswear will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods to Muse Womenswear on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. Orders collected from Muse Womenswear incur no handling charge.
