Orders and ReturnsFind the products you like, select size and click ADD TO CART, verify the details and click confirm. You will then return to the collections page to continue shopping. If you do not require any more items click on CHECKOUT. The number of items in your shopping bag and the total value of selected products are displayed on the top of every page. You will have the option to review products you've selected. Once you are happy with your CART content you can proceed to checkout. (To cancel the order or remove individual items go to checkout and check the REMOVE item button). Now you will be asked to put your details; select shipment option (Free UK delivery - to arrive within 3 to 5 days, Express delivery (£10) - to arrive within 1-2 days, or Non UK delivery (£15); payment type: credit/debit card (your payment details will be encrypted on a secure server) or cheque (nb. goods will be dispatched after the cheque has cleared which may take up to 5 working days).We will send you a confirmation via email. How to Return or Exchange? There is no need to telephone us when sending us a return Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund. We stongly recommend that you send the returns by recorded post as any goods that are lost in transit cannot be refunded by Muse Womenswear. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to Muse Womenswear at your own expense. We will write to confirm that your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit or cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 - 10 days after we receive the goods. Please not that refunds on items bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the payer knowing. Legal Statements on returns Returning any item from this catalogue within 2 weeks will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are provided to on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the three month post delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods, Muse Womenswear will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods to Muse Womenswear on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. Orders collected from Muse Womenswear incur no handling charge. Your statutory rights on returns are not affected by this. |  |
